Dear Board and members of Team Toledo Triathlon Club,
I want to express my deepest appreciation for your moral and financial support over the years. Want to thank you for believing in me and awarding me with the Team Toledo grant for 2006. I will use the money for purchasing a bike that will help me train and race even more competitively and grow as an athlete and a person promoting the great sport of triathlon.

I am in the masters program at the University of Toledo and I plan on racing in the Mid-East Region for the seasons ahead and being involved in the team events and projects. Ii had a stress fracture on my hip bone in the spring and was recovering for the most of the season but I was glad to be back for Sylvania tri and the Mid-East Regional Championship. I hope to stay healthy and race even better in 2007. My plan is to go to nationals and qualify for the world championship in Germany and may be do an IronMan.

Once again I want to thank the Team Toledo for the support and the recognition through the 2006 grant.
