RACE TEAM UNIFORMS AND
CRITERIA:
The club
will purchase your uniform if you commit to follow the
criteria below. Clubs get points for participation and mileage points too,
at the many events on the schedule. We need our members to
participate. You don't have to win an age group or place high to get points for the
club...but members need to attend club events and participate!
CRITERIA
FOR THE TEAM TOLEDO CLUB RACE TEAM: You will be a part of
the "racing team" if you agree to meet and follow the criteria.
- Participate in a minimum of three
(3) club events: ONE OF THEM MUST BE THE MIDEAST REGIONAL
CHAMPIONSHIPS August 28, 2005 being held in Indianapolis, IN.
There are more points assigned to this event, and the competition is
fierce. The winner of the club series will be determined at this event
(in 2004 there were over 10 TT members participating, and it was a great ROAD
TRIP!)
- One can
participate in MORE THAN THREE (3) EVENTS. A few suggested events
that are nearby could be: Ann Arbor June 12, Clark Lake on July 17,
Sylvania on August 14, and required Mideast Champs August 28,
2005. There are many other events in the club schedule, but these
are popular ones close at hand. Traveling together and sharing
rooms, and sharing travel expenses is FUN!
- One will have to pay up front for
the uniform,
(about $100) and after meeting the criteria above, you will be reimbursed.
- Male or Female:
anyone can be on the team. Clubs get
points for participation, mileage points, and also points for
placing. BUT....YOU DON'T HAVE TO
PLACE......PARTICIPATION POINTS MEAN A GREAT DEAL!
*** It is
important that club members understand that anyone can participate for
the club; you don't have to "win"
but just be in the
game! *** If you want to be on the
