2007 Team Toledo Annual Meeting
When: Friday, March 30th, 2007
Where: Niederhouser Community Hall, Olander Park, Sylvania, OH
Same place as the awards are held for the Sylvania Triathlon. If you don't
know where that is, once you enter the park: Turn Right.
This year we are combining the Annual Meeting with the Chili Cookoff Vote for
your favorite chili. Winner gets a free one-year membership
to Team Toledo. If you can't bring Chili, please bring a side dish or dessert.
BYOB! Niederhouser allows alcoholic beverages. Club will supply some soft
drinks and water. You are welcome to bring your favorite beverage!!!
2006 Hawaii Ironman Race will be broadcast during the chili cookoff and following
the formal part of the meeting.
Annual Meeting
- Review your budget
- There will be committee signups. (We will post
committee opportunities ahead of time)
- Discussion of community service and fundraising events
- MERCRS race sign up board
- Elect your officers
- Cheer your Member of the Year!
- Bike Jerseys for sale!! (other clothing items will be available in April)
- Membership renewal
- Talk Triathlon
- Share your ideas about the club and its programs*

ANYTHING, PLEASE EMAIL Jeff DeGross AND WE WILL
PUT YOU ON THE AGENDA (there will be ample time for ideas and discussion during the
new business portion of the meeting) *
