A little something different. Instead of best swimmer, best biker, best runner.
A point system based on Olympic triathlon distances (0.93 swim, 24.8 bike, 6.2 run).
So, the swimming multiplier would be 24.8 / 0.93 = 26.67.
The bike multiplier is just 1 (24.8 / 24.8).
And the running multiplier is 24.8 / 6.2 = 4.0.

Okay, an adjustment for November to be a little more fair.
Since a good swimmer can do an Olympic swim in about 20 minutes, and
a good biker in 60 minutes, and a runner in 40 minutes.
Then the adjustment would be "times 3" for the bike, and "times 2" for the run.
So, the swim multiplier will still be 26.67.
The bike multiplier will be 3.
And the run multiplier will be 8.
