Adopt-A-Street - Report
Team Toledo cleaned up Sylvania Avenue on October 28 as part of the Adopt a Street
Program. Team Toledo adopted the stretch of Sylvania Avenue between Holland
Sylvania and King Road. The club picks up trash along the road in the spring
and in the fall.
The rain and cold made everyone move a little faster this time, but the 15 people
that walked the two mile stretch made things go quickly. Thank you to everyone for
their help this year keeping the road clean. We will see you again in the spring.

Doug Stern Swim Clinic - Report
Doug Stern conducted a clinic for nine Team Toledo Triathlon Club members October
20 - 22 at the Northview High School pool. It is tough to describe everything Doug
covered over the three days of instruction. The teaching and in the water
instruction was top notch. Doug fit in as much teaching as possible. Doug wrote
recently, "As I was leaving I felt that there was so much more we could have done".
Doug taught up until 2 hours before his flight out of Detroit. For more information
