New Club Secretary
Our club secretary, Jamie Kirby is leaving Team Toledo in mid-term to move
out of town, buy a new home, and have a baby. So Jeff DeGross will be doing
double duty as vice president and club secretary. Best wishes to Jamie and Kriag.
2006 Highlights
Membership grew to an all-time high of 184 members!!! Terrific, but
we would like you to be involved in the club as much as possible, so be sure
to come out to the events and at least mingle a little.
MERCRS - We took 2nd overall (our goal was first) in the MERCRS racing
series in '06. That's great, but now that the Mideast Championship is the
Sylvania Triathlon, it should be a SLAM DUNK for Team Toledo to take the MERCRS
in 2007!
The club is looking for a Race Commitee chair to oversee the club strategy for
winning the championship next year. Time commitment is minimal. If interested,
email any of the board members!!! Be the one to finally deliver the MERCRS trophy
to Team Toledo and you will go down in history as a Team Toledo Hero.
RunOhio magazine discount for Team Toledo members
