POWER YOGA
Build strength, sculpt muscles and increase flexibility with this
dynamic class of continuously flowing asanas (postures). Power yoga
is an energetic form of yoga that utilizes the breath as the gateway
to aerobic movement. Some working knowledge of yoga is preferred.
