Our duties would be the same as previous years, namely sweeping the streets, clearing the tables, and hauling trash cans to the truck. Our compensation would be $3000 which is too good to pass up. Also, odds are slim we would get this easy fund raiser back.

The board is also considering a reward system for people who volunteer. Not just for this event but other volunteer events also. Details have not been finalized, but the board wants to reward the people who help the club. Since race season is starting soon, this could be your last opportunity to earn some points.

We would need a minimum of 50 volunteers for the following shifts:

Thursday May 31: 5-9
Friday June 1: 11-3, 3-7, 7-11
Saturday June 2: 11-3, 3-7, 7-11
Sunday June 3: 12-3:30, 3:30-7
