Track workouts with Coach Jim Lopez every Wednesday at 6:30 at the Southview
Track(behind Sylvania Southview High School). Every level of runner will benefit from
these great workouts.

Cycling - group rides, every Monday 6:00pm from
Tam-O-Shanter. These rides are not a Team Toledo club event. This means you don't have
to be a member. It also means the club is not legally responible. These group rides
usually break into two groups: one fast; one slow. So there's room for novices just
starting and old pros.
