Announcing Try-A-Tri
Do you know a friend or family member who's been thinking about doing a triathlon but is intimidated by the whole idea? Why not have them try-a-tri. Do you want to test your level of fitness early in the season over a short distance? Why not try a tri.
The Francis Family YMCA in Bedford, MI is hosting a Try-a- Tri.
Distances:
250 meter pool swim
8 mile bike on paved roads (the best in the state)
2 mile run (partly on trail with a finish on the High School track)
