  • The team practices at various local parks within the greater Toledo area, with our “home base” of Sylvan Prairie Park.  This park offers us a safe paved 1.5 mile cycling and running trail, with turns and rolling hills.

  • Practices are usually held on Thursday evenings with frequent weekend workout opportunities on Saturday or Sunday mornings.  Our team practices cycling, running and transitions as a group.  Athletes are requested to be on a swim team for swim practices.

  • Typically, team athletes compete 2 – 4 times from June through August in various multi-sport events.  Race distances are short and intended simply to expose young athletes to basic elements of the sport.
